Beautiful property, great reception area. Very friendly staff and clean modern rooms. The location is excellent and has loads of places at a walking distance. The only thing which was a little annoying was the breakfast server guiltying you into tipping. It's self serve breakfast at a hotel, I don't think it's necessary.
Perfect location for our softball tournament; 4 minutes from Kawanis Park. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was really good with omelette bar! Pool was nice but hot tub was broken. Rooms were nice, grounds were nice. Hotel bar was fun. Nancy the bartender was awesome. Breakfast staff were energetic, happy and a blessing!
Very clean and comfy rooms. Maid service was spectacular, we left late in the day for a few hours and our room was spotless when we got back. We were very pleasantly surprised and happy. Great location and amenities were awesome. Pool, bar, etc Great place to stay!
Stayed here while visiting Colonial Williamsburg. Beautiful rooms with an amazing staff. Pet friendly. My dogs did not want to leave their new friends. Breakfast was very good. Highly recommend staying at Hilton Garden Inn.
Fantastic hotel, well insulated, we couldn't hear the neighbors, nor passerbys in the hallway! The most quiet hotel I've ever stayed in. Delicious breakfast with cook on hand and helpful staff.

Terrific, CLEAN hotel located near all the attractions in Williamsburg. A special shout-out to the bartender - Nancy - who was working the night of Dec. 29. My husband and I enjoyed a cocktail at the end of a long day and Nancy made our hour spent at the bar very enjoyable. Thanks, Nancy!
